The body of this bratt pan is made from stainless steel which is durable, robust, hygienic and is ideal for continuous and long-term use. This gas bratt pan is ideal for commercial kitchens and for cooking large quantities of food. The Falcon bratt pan has a 14 litre oil capacity and a 21 litre water capacity. The hinges and tilting mechanism make it easy to operate by hand.

The Falcon G2962 Gas Manual Tilt Bratt Pan allows for 6 cooking options such as griddle, shallow fry, deep fry, boil, simmer or stew making it great value for money. The bratt pan features a heavy duty cast iron pan with hinged lid. The cast iron pan retains an even temperature and across the entire surface, producing even cooking results every time. It has a precise temperature control which allows for an accurate operation every time.
