This Rational CombiFry Basket 1/1 is a must have for any catering establishment with a Rational iCombi oven. The patented CombiFry now allows large quantities of pre-fried products, such as and fish nuggets, chips or wedges, to be prepared all at the same time without the use of additional fat, thus making it ideal for busy commercial kitchens. It is also a great way to maintain a high output rate. It completely eliminates the cost of buying, storing and disposing of the fat for added convenience.

Where specified, installation can be quoted on request for capital equipment. Price includes delivery to your door (ground floor, UK mainland only) but not unpacking or positioning. Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
There may be occasions where Brakes would like to supply your contact details to certain third parties whose products are on promotion, for their salesforce or call centre to call you direct and take orders which are then transferred to Brakes for delivery with your normal order.
