This Blue Seal E27M2 Turbo Fan Electric Convection Oven Manual Control is the perfect solution for any catering establishment, perfect for hotels, restaurants, caf�s, delis, hospitals and much more. This convection oven has a temperature range of 50�C to 260�C, so is ideal for cooking a variety of food. The temperature is operated via the mechanical thermostat which is both safe and easy to use. The internal bi-directional fan allows you to cook your food accurately as it distributes all the heat evenly.

The Blue Seal E27M2 Turbo Fan Electric Convection Oven features a manual 60 minute timer which allows you to keep track of your cooking, so is ideal for busy kitchens. An indicator light will also appear when the heating is on. The oven will cut out if it reaches an over temperature for added safety. The interior can hold up to 2 x GN 2/3 trays.
