This Lincat LYNX 400 LCO Convection Oven is the ultimate solution for any catering establishment, perfect for hotels, delis, restaurants, caf�s, canteens and much more. This oven is made from a 430 grade stainless steel which is robust, durable, hygienic and ideal for continuous and long-term use. It features a double glazed glass door, 2 removable chrome plated rod shelves and has an enamelled steel lining.

The Lincat LYNX 400 LCO Convection Oven has a temperature range of 50�C to 250�C and is thermostatically controlled. It has been designed to hold 1/2 GN containers which are also available here at Brakes. The fan assisted oven creates an even heat distribution which creates consistent cooking results. The double glazed glass and internal lighting form a safe oven which is also energy efficient.
