This 60 litre capacity oven has a temperature range of 50°C to 300°C, ideal for cooking a wide variety of foods. The fan assisted operation ensures that the heat is always evenly distributed throughout for consistent results every time. The internal illumination allows for easy viewing even at a glance.
The oven will perfectly cook or reheat pastries and savouries with its fan assisted operation and the armoured heating element ensures a quick temperature heat up. This oven is able to reach 300°C in just 10 minutes and features a 2 hour timer at 300°C with a thermostat power on light. The temperature is thermostatically controlled for a safe and simple operation. The convection oven also comes with 4 shelves which are 460 x 340mm in size.
