Built on the success of Opus 700, the new 800 series is larger, heavier, more durable and more powerful. Opus 800 products can be configured in multiple ways to meet the needs of the busiest commercial kitchen in both a suite or standalone units. With a stylish new look, Opus 800 is engineered to deliver enhanced performance, energy efficiency and serviceability.

All Opus 800 Series Gas and Electric Fryers are available as a base model with oil drainage through the body of the fryer. A gravity filtration accessory adds in-built filtration to the fryer and the pumped filtration option enables oil to be filtered and the fryer ready for use again in less than 5 minutes - the ultimate in convenience.

These fryers offer accurate thermostatic control up to 190°C for consistent results and safe operation and are supplied with a batter plate, baskets, lids and stainless steel bucket as standard. Opus 800 units also come with a 2 years parts and labour warranty for added peace of mind.

The Lincat OE8105 Opus 800 Electric Fryer has two 9.5 litre tanks and is supplied with front legs and rear castors for safety and stability.

Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
