This twin tank fryer has been designed to be simple to use and to clean. This Gas Fryer has a 31 litre oil capacity and a 31-37kg per hour chip output creating fast recovery times ensuring that you perform well during busy periods. The fryer also features a removable basket hanger for quick and easy cleaning. The tanks, cabinet sides and front are made from stainless steel which is durable and designed for continuous and long-term use.

The base of the fryer also features swivel castors with brakes for easy and convenient manoeuvrability as well as a brake for static positioning.
