This Lincat Silverlink 600 J5 Fryer (Free Standing) is the ultimate solution for any catering establishment, perfect for hotels, canteens, restaurants, hospitals and much more. The fryer is made from a 430 grade stainless steel which is durable, robust, hygienic and perfect for continuous and long-term use. The basket is made from nickel plated spun wire. It features a 12 litre tank with 1 basket as well as batter plates and lid.

The Lincat Silverlink 600 J5 Fryer has a temperature range of 110C to 190C which is thermostatically controlled ensuring accurate oil temperature control for consistent results. It also features a convenient pilot flame operation with a state of the art piezo ignition. The flame failure device and top temperature cut out system helps to protect the performance of the fryer and improve energy efficiency. The deep cool zone collects unwanted debris.
