This Falcon G3101 6 Burner Gas Range is the ultimate solution for any catering establishment, perfect for hotels, restaurants, hospitals and much more. This gas range features six high performance burners with cast iron pan supports to protect both the burner and the stainless steel hob. The surface of the hob is made from stainless steel, which is durable, robust and ideal for continuous and long-term use.

The wide temperature range, spanning from 120°C to 270°C, allows you to cook a variety of different foods. The 5 different shelf positions make this range extremely versatile. The twin oven doors, with individual catches, help to retain any heat, increasing this Burner Gas Range's energy efficiency. The range also features laser etched control icons and low profile oven door handles for reduced intrusion into working space and is 2/1 Gastronorm compatible. Includes free castors.

The Falcon G3101 6 Burner Gas Range heats up from 0°C to 210°C in 4 minutes, which makes this range ideal for busy kitchens.
