This Falcon G3101 OTC 6 Burner Gas Fan-Assisted Oven Range is the ultimate solution for any catering establishment, perfect for hotels, restaurants, hospitals and much more. This gas range features six high performance burners which are sparked by the state of the art piezo oven ignition for a great performance and energy efficiency. The semi-sealed burners feature cast iron pan supports which protect both the burner and the stainless steel hob. The surface of the hob is made from stainless steel which is durable, robust and ideal for continuous and long-term use.

The wide temperature range spanning from 120°C to 270°C allows you to cook a variety of different foods. The electric oven is also fan assisted which ensures that the temperature is evenly distributed throughout. The 5 different shelf positions make this range extremely versatile. The twin oven doors feature thermal glass which allows you to see the ovens contents at all times.

The doors have individual catches which help to retain any heat increasing this Burner Gas Ranges energy efficiency. The range also features laser etched control icons and low profile oven door handles for reduced intrusion into working space, and is 2/1 Gastronorm compatible. The base features 4 adjustable feet which allows you alter the ranges height to your personal needs or kitchen specifications.
