The bain marie is made from stainless steel which durable, robust, hygienic and ideal for long-term and continuous use. This Lincat bain marie is ideal for holding sauces, soups, gravy and other pre-cooked foods. This bain marie keeps your food at serving temperature for up to 2 hours.

The Lincat Silverlink 600 BM4AW Bain Marie also comes with a thermostatic heat control which is both safe and easy to use. It also comes with 2 x 1/2 GN 150mm deep containers. Replacements are also available here at Brakes. This bain marie also comes with a choice of gastronorm dish configurations.
