Fan assisted also helps to heat you food up faster improving your recovery times and increasing your output. Fan assisted also means lower energy usage. the castors at the base of the hot cupboard make it easy to maneuver for added convenience.

This Lincat Hot Cupboard features two heavy duty multi section chrome plated rod shelves which are capable of taking heavier loads, which means that more food can be cooked each time. The four different shelf positions allows you to adjust the hot cupboard to your individual needs. The accurate digital electronic temperature control is both safe and easy to use. The Lincat P6P3 Plain Top Hot Cupboard has a temperature range of 20�C to 99�C, which is ideal for all types of food. This hot cupboard also comply with food hygiene.
