Both the interior and exterior is made from stainless steel which is durable, robust, hygienic and is ideal for long-term and continuous use. The lid is made from a robust glass, ideal for acting as a sneeze guard.

The refrigerated top has a temperature range of +2 to +8C, ensuring your food is kept chilled at its best. The defrost system is manually operated and is easy to use. This top operates at an ambient of 32C. This Blizzard refrigerated top features an electronic Dixell controller with temperature display which both easy to use and read.

Blizzard TOP2000CR Refrigerated Top has the capacity to hold 9 x 1/3 gastronorm containers up to 150mm deep which are not supplied as standard but are available separately here at Brakes.

Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
