This dish-washer operates on between a 1 to 4 minute cycles, perfect for those busy kitchens or periods. The Winterhalter UC-M Medium Undercounter Dishwasher features a hold or cold fill. This Dishwasher creates a fast turn around so that your tableware can be reused quickly throughout the day. It has a clear entry height and of 309mm.
The Winterhalter UC-M Medium Undercounter Dishwasher features a 500 x 500mm rack size providing ample space for your plates and cutlery. This dishwasher features a drain, detergent and rinse aid pumps to aid the performance of your washing. With 3 standard programmes, this dishwasher is both safe and easy to use.
The UC-Series Dishwashers from Winterhalter have also now been improved with a lot more functionality for ease of use. These include an intuitive digital display that can be operated even with gloves on and a newly designed s-shaped wash field, which requires less water to turn it, thus reducing consumption by up to 25% and offering up to 22% lower operating costs overall.
In addition the units now have a built in connected wash meaning that updates can be sent remotely and data such as dosing levels can be pushed to the machine.
