This gastronorm sheet is made from aluminium which is an excellent conductor of heat which means there are no hot spots. The perforations in the sheet contribute to the circulation of hot air.

This extremely durable aluminium sheet is also seamless which means its is easier to clean and is more hygienic. Please note that hand washing is recommended. The small gripped edges help to prevent and slipping and sliding during use. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
