This Handled Sugar Sifter is part of the Brakes Catering Equipment pastry and cake tools range, and is ideal for commercial and domestic kitchens in a variety of venues such as caf�s, restaurants, hotels, canteens or any baking environment.

The sugar sifter is made from stainless steel making it hygienic and robust enough for the toughest on kitchens. It is designed so that the holes are just the right size to allow a fine dusting of sugar to coat pastry, biscuits or dough, and can also be used for icing sugar. It includes a soldered handle that allows for sprinkling in style.

Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
