This Newly improved Kisag Cream Whipper is a great addition to any catering establishment, and is perfect for whipping cream, desserts, mousses and cold sauces. Thereby saving considerable time in busy kitchens, making it ideal in and hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, deli's, cafés and many more.

This Whipper is made from stainless steel which is durable and long-lasting and also features a food safe lining. The Whipper also features 2 different removable dispensing nozzles which offer a variety of decorative effects. Kisag are the only brand offering the twin benefits of their 'Speed Loading System, and is operated via a push down gas system which functions through gas bulbs which are also available separately here at Brakes. This gas system offers fast and effective results with perfectly whipped cream every time that will stay fresh in the canister for days.

This Cream Whipper can hold up to 1ltr (1.76pt).This canister is both safe and easy to use and features a removable head for easy cleaning, it is also dishwasher safe.
