This 20cm Loose Bottomed Sandwich Tin is part of the Brakes Cook and Bakeware range, which is ideal for traditional baking of sponges, fruit cakes or gateaux. The bottom of the tin is removable, allowing the baked goods to be removed from the tin with ease. This is a welcome addition to any kitchen at bakeries, hotels, cake shops, restaurants or any baking environment.

The Sandwich Tin is made from solid aluminum manufactured to a professional standard with straight sides. It is recommended that this product is hand washed only.

The dimensions of this loose bottomed tin are 20cm dia x 3cm deep (8x1.5") and is also available in a 25.4cm and 30cm option. Other products available in the range are flan rings, cake tins and spring form cake tins.
