This 25.4cm Pizza Screen is part of the Brakes Pizza and Pasta Tools range, and has many uses from baking whole pizzas and calzones to re-heating pizza slices. Pizza Screens are a welcome addition to any kitchen at pizzerias, bakeries, hotels, cake shops, or any baking establishment.
These screens are most commonly used for thin crust pizza as they produce an evenly baked crisp base due to the amount of hot air transfer between the crust and the oven chamber. Ideal for use in a conveyor oven.
The dimensions of this screen are 25.4cm (10"). Alternative 23cm and 20cm screen sizes are also available.

Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
