This Metcalfe HPC Detachable Block Hand Chipper is part of the Brakes Food Preparation range. It makes easy work of transforming potatoes into prepared chips with its stainless knives, and being a manual feed and hand operated this chipper also gives you a workout.
The Hand Chipper gives chip options of 8mm, 10mm, 12.5mm, 14mm sizes or wedges, with a removable bottom knife frame and upper block for easy cleaning, making this versatile enough for establishments such as cafés, pubs, fish and chip shops, restaurants, and much more.
The dimensions of this quality Block Hand Chipper are W320xD140xH610mm, bench floor mounting stands are also available (at extra cost) and includes the Metcalfe 1 year parts and labour back to base warranty.

Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
