This mixer is made from a robust and heavy duty metal with a stainless steel mixing bowl and guard. This planetary mixer is ideal for mashed potato, pie pastry, light batter for sponge cakes, whipping cream, roll dough (light-medium) and much more.
This Mixer comes with a beater, whisk and dough hook attachments, which are easy to attach and remove for easy and convenient cleaning. The stainless steel bowl has a 20 litre capacity and is ideal for mixing both dry and wet mixtures. This bowl is easy to clean and remove and is also dishwasher safe. This Mixer is heavy duty bench mounted for added stability and safety during use. The easy to use lever at the sides operates the electrically interlocked bowl guard and bowl lift.
This and Metcalfe MP20 Heavy Duty 20 Litre Planetary Mixer also features a heavy duty all gear transmission with 3 speed settings, ideal for adjusting this mixer to different ingredients as well as light to heavier mixtures. The mixer also has a stainless steel guard which protects your hands during the mixing process and also helps to reduce any unwanted mess. The large stop button is ideal for safety reasons and automatically cuts out the mixer when pushed.

Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
