This Sammic PS-12 Mincer is part of the Brakes Food Preparation range, it features an output of 100kg of meat per hour. The meat mincer is supplied with a cutter knife, and body and hopper in stainless steel and that ensures a perfect cut every time, making this ideal for many catering establishments such as schools, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, butchers, home use and much more.

The Mincer is ideal for light duty commercial use making easy work of producing minced meat for delicious shepherd’s pie or Bolognese. It guarantees high performance with a powerful 440W and a sturdy and ventilated motor.

The plate diameter of this Mincer is 70mm and it is supplied with a Sammic one year parts and labour warranty.

Where specified, installation can be quoted on request for capital equipment. Price includes delivery to your door (ground floor, UK mainland only) but not unpacking or positioning. Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
