The stainless steel removable emulsion disc helps to mix hot and cold sauces giving them, their mousse like consistency.

This portable and mobile stick blender features a unique handle which offers maximum grip whilst mixing. The blender is easy and safe to use offering variable speeds, which can offer you a wide range of food textures and consistencies. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
