This Stainless Steel Chinois is the ultimate utensil for any catering establishment, perfect for hotels, restaurants, deli's and more. This Chinois has been designed to sieve ingredients and is mainly used to strain sauces of its impurities to create a smooth sauce. The body and the handle of the Chinois is made from Stainless Steel which is durable and designed to last.

The Chinois features a front hook so that the Chinois can attach itself to the edge of the bowl/pan. The handle offers comfort and grip during use. The Stainless Steel Chinois features a fine mesh which is ideal for creating those perfect sauces, purees and soups. This type of mesh is the perfect way to ensure that your sauces are always the smoothest. This Chinois is easy to use and is also dishwasher safe.
