The Thermometer simulates a plate and when placed in a dishwasher records the maximum surface cleaning temperature. It is waterproof to IP66 with a durable water-tight seal. It is supplied with a traceable calibration certificate and has a temperature range of 0 to 90 C with �0.5 C accuracy.
