These Sheffield steel blades are supplied with polypropylene handles and are designed to make the most of your professional skills. Health and Safety is the priority in any kitchen. This Black Sharpening Steel has a coloured handle making it easy to categorise and separate into meat, vegetable, fish etc use so that there is no chance of cross contamination. This sharpening steel has been designed to be durable, simple to use and machine washable making them ideal for any professional or commercial kitchen.
