This Red Lite Grip Portioner is the ultimate utensil for any catering establishment needing to ensure portion control - perfect for schools, care homes, pubs, hotels, restaurants, and cafés and much more.

This Portioner is made from mirror polished stainless steel with a colour coded plastic grip which is durable, robust and designed to last. This Portioner features a wide handle for added grip. Once you squeeze the handles together it releases the food creating a perfectly formed round shape on your plate. Perfect for fancy decoration purposes as well as forming perfect scoops of ice cream and mashed potato.

This Stainless Steel Portioner is easy to use and clean and is also dishwasher safe. This Red Lite Grip Portioner is colour coded to help prevent any cross contamination and to mark the different sizes available. This portioner is size 24 (1.5oz) and is available here at Brakes in larger sizes and different colours.
