The advantages of this knife being made of Polycarbonate plastic are that it has high impact strength; it will not chip or shatter and is heat resistant. This knife and is 17cm (6.75"") in length.

This Harfield range is highly stain resistant and is also dishwasher and microwave safe for added convenience.
