The Platine Syrah stemware range is a cost effective and practical option for use in a variety of catering venues, including, hotels, bars and restaurants.
Vicrila is the biggest and oldest manufacturer of glass in Spain and the collection includes a variety of tempered stemware, tumblers, cocktail and beer glasses for use within busy hospitality environments. Tempering is a thermal process of heating a glass close to melting point and then cooling it rapidly. This causes the outer surface of the glass to cool and to shrink faster than the inside of the glass wall, creating a tight skin. This closes the many hairline fractures that naturally occur in regular annealed glass and makes a vastly stronger and more durable product. Tempered glass is 5 times stronger than non tempered glass, making it a cost effective choice. If it does break then it will be in to small pieces, therefore it is much safer to use within the hospitality industry.
This Vicrila Platine Wine Glass has a capacity of 440ml (15.5oz) and is supplied in a pack of 6 wine glasses. It has a seamless flame polished stem and the lack of seam between the bowl and stem ensures a more enjoyable drinking experience and an aesthetically pleasing glass. Platine is fully tempered with a sheer rim offering a fine and beadless edge for a superior drinking experience. It is also dishwasher safe.

Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
